Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in order to use our Site and services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Services Provided Trading Hunters provides trading education, digital tools, and strategic guides (the “Services”) through our website. These Services may include online courses, e-books or other digital content, software tools, and related resources designed to help users learn about trading strategies. We may also offer other products or services from time to time. All Services are subject to change: we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice. We are not liable if any part of our Services is unavailable at any time or for any period.

No‑Refund Policy - We maintain a No-Refund Policy on all purchases, as detailed below. Please read this section carefully before making any purchase on our Site. 4.1. All Sales Final Unless otherwise required by law, all fees paid for our Services are final and non‑refundable. Once a transaction is completed (and in the case of digital content, once any content is accessed or downloaded), you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to all purchases of our digital products, subscriptions, or educational materials. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that you will not receive money back for the purchase, except in the rare cases described in the next section. 4.2. Exceptions Required by Law Despite the above “all sales final” policy, we will honor any exceptions to our No-Refund Policy that are required by applicable law. In certain circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if the goods or services you purchased are faulty, not as described, or otherwise violate your statutory rights. For example, consumer protection laws in some jurisdictions (including the EU and Czech Republic) provide that consumers can seek remedies (such as repair or refund) for digital content that is defective or not as advertised. We recommend doing so within 30 days of your purchase or discovery of the problem so that we can address it promptly (noting that your legal rights may extend beyond this period as applicable). 4.3. Digital Goods Because our Services consist primarily of digital products and online content, once you have been granted access to the digital material (for example, once a file has been downloaded, or an online course has been unlocked), the sale is considered final. Digital goods are intangible and irrevocable — once delivered or accessed, they cannot be returned. By making a purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive any statutory cancellation or “cooling-off” rights that might otherwise apply to your purchase of digital content (except in cases required by law as noted in 4.2). In practical terms, this means no refunds will be given for digital products once access is provided, unless required to do so by law. 4.4. Visibility & Agreement This No‑Refund Policy is made highly visible and is an integral part of these Terms. It is presented or referenced at multiple points on our Site, including at checkout (so you must review and agree to it before completing a purchase), in the Site footer, and within this Terms and Conditions document. By proceeding with a purchase on our Site, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agree to this No‑Refund Policy. User Accounts When you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. Intellectual Property Rights All content and materials on the Site — including but not limited to text, lessons, graphics, logos, videos, software, and design elements — are the property of Trading Hunters or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content on our Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Site without our express prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of the Site’s content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the limited license granted to you, as well as potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trading Hunters and its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access/use) the Site or Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on or related to the Site; or (c) any content obtained from the Site. In no event will our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services exceed the total amount you have paid to Trading Hunters in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability. If you have not made any payments to us, our total liability will be zero to the extent allowed by law. Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, such as liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or for personal injury or death caused by our negligence. Your statutory rights as a consumer (if applicable) are not excluded or limited by this provision.

Prohibited Behavior By using our Site and Services, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: Violate any applicable laws or regulations, or infringe the rights of any third party (including intellectual property rights and privacy rights). Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any other unauthorized means to access, scrape, or collect data from the Site without our permission. Disrupt, interfere with, or compromise the security or functionality of the Site, the servers or networks hosting the Site, or the experience of any other users. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Trading Hunters disclaims all express or implied warranties, representations, and guarantees regarding the Site and Services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
